2.1. Scope of Services

3. Payment Terms

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds for services not rendered will be processed within 14 business days upon receiving a valid refund request.

4.1. Rescheduling

If the Service Provider is unable to perform the services as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.

5. Liability

The Service Provider is committed to performing services with the highest level of care. However, the Service Provider is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Pre-existing conditions in the Client's property.
  • Acts of nature, such as storms or extreme weather.
  • Client negligence or misuse of garden areas post-service.

5.1. Insurance

The Service Provider maintains appropriate insurance coverage for general liability. Clients are advised to inform the Service Provider of any potential hazards or areas that require special attention.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Camberwell is located. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

6.1. Amendments
